Handling of personal information
SMA requests information from clients if they choose to contact SMA, place orders or if they choose to respond to advertising, or promotions. This personal or company information is necessary in order for SMA to fulfill the customer's request.
This information may also be used by SMA to contact or update customers with periodic SMA publications, product details, servicing reminders, news or other special offers. SMA may allow other reputable and related companies to offer special services or products of value to their customer. The client may request that their information not be shared by directing their request to sales@safetymarineaust.com.au. Please provide the exact name and address and any other relevant contact details. SMA does not share email addresses with other companies. SMA does not partner with or have any special relationships with any ad server companies.
From time to time, SMA may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If information practices change at some time in the future SMA will post the policy changes to the SMA Website to notify the customer of these changes and provide instructions to opt-out of these new uses. Customers concerned with how information is used, should check back at the SMA Website periodically.
SMA Website management uses IP addresses to diagnose Webserver problems and to administrate the SMA Website. Cookies may be used in the future to store customer variables such as keeping track of the inventory of an online shopping cart or limiting repeated exposure to the same ads.
