Kim Lim Car Parks are noted for spacious parking lots and its competitiveness in price. It has been operating since December 1991. Kim Lim Parking operates 2 carparks in inner-city Melbourne. At it's A'Beckett St car park, it has 554 spaces whereas the Leicester St car park has 454 spaces. Both have regularly maintained lifts. Apart from the required hoses, the A'Beckett st car park has fire alarm sprinkler & monitoring system. The two car parks open & close at different times & at different charge out rates. Please note that Leicester st car park does not operate on Sunday.
The Ground & Lower floors are for customers who generally pay higher premiums. The Early Birds are required to park at the upper floors. On weekends, the Permanents with the Access cards are encouraged to park at the bottom floor. The weekend parkers are required to park at the upper levels.
Kim Lim Parking do provide corporate rates. They are subject to negotiation. For tertiary students, we do have a special rate for Early Birds. Monthly rates quoted are on an annual basis & they are subject to change unless prior agreement has been struck.. For termination for the lease, a month's notice is required.
